Homies API connects your agent to Homies Stats, Homies Paperwork and U.S. property search. This page describes the pilot implementation; it is not a claim of connector-directory approval.
Each caller supplies their own Homies Paperwork API key in a Bearer header. The gateway validates that key with the Paperwork account endpoint on every request. Paperwork requests use that same member credential. The gateway does not store account keys, share one operator account across users, or accept Paperwork OAuth tokens intended for another resource. Revoking your key in Paperwork revokes gateway access.
Market requests go to Homies Stats. U.S. search locations and filters go through HomeHarvest to Realtor.com. Paperwork, records and workflow inputs go to the existing Homies Paperwork service. Home evaluation inputs and shortlist personalization are processed for the response. Paperwork files and workflow records retain their upstream ownership and retention rules. Generated files use private, expiring download links.
The gateway does not intentionally log request bodies or authorization headers. Hosting infrastructure can process request metadata such as IP addresses, paths, timestamps and error events. Avoid placing client names, credentials or sensitive details in query strings.
Buyer list responses contain drafts and source data. Your agent’s CRM or email connection handles delivery with the sender and permissions you establish there. Forms remain unsigned drafts and require professional review. Publisher-specific licence, acceptance and availability checks continue to apply.
The optional buyer runner stores its watches, recipient details, reviewed sending scope, message drafts and delivery ledger privately on your own persistent agent host. SMTP credentials remain in that host’s secret environment. Authorized email content and addresses are transmitted to your configured mail provider. You manage that host’s storage and retention; stopping a watch does not erase its delivery history or opt-out record.
Use the Paperwork account tools to revoke keys and the authenticated document/record deletion operations to remove your stored artifacts. Paperwork privacy and access terms describe that service. Contact the Homies team through homiesai.com for account and pilot questions.
Statistics cover supported Canadian geographies. HomeHarvest search covers the United States and depends on upstream availability; it is not a licensed MLS feed. Canadian sold comparables must come from an authorized source. Report periods vary by dataset. Current capabilities.
