Start with: “Send my buyers homes they’ll like.” Your agent collects the missing details and prepares the setup.
Homies finds matching U.S. properties and prepares the message. The optional buyer runner uses your existing SMTP mailbox on a persistent Mac or Linux agent host. It needs your individual Homies key, a sender, a recipient, saved search criteria and a schedule.
Credentials stay in the host’s secret settings. The agent creates the configuration for you.
Review the sender, buyer, search, message format and timing before enabling automatic sends. Creating a watch or preview sends nothing. You can pause, resume, cancel or stop future messages to a recipient.
The runner records which properties the mail server accepted and skips them on later runs. If there are no new matches, it stays quiet. An uncertain send is held for investigation instead of being sent again. Mail-server acceptance does not guarantee inbox delivery.
The runner is implemented and tested, including a complete local TLS email handoff and restart without duplicate submission. A real sender, recipient and host schedule still need to be commissioned.

Repository access is required for the current pilot runner. The public REST and MCP interfaces remain available to connected account holders. The runner uses local host storage; it is not a cloud scheduler. Canadian listing search requires a connected licensed feed.
